My name's Travis Pederson and I'm a clinical hypnotherapist here in Edmonton. Over my 5 years doing hypnotherapy, more than 70% of my clients have come to see me for weight loss. At first, I didn't want to have anything to do with weight loss; it seemed like it was far too complex for me to deal with and I would turn clients away. But they kept coming, mostly because no one else could help them, and eventually became a large part of my practice.
During this time, I spent loads of time and money learning and experimenting with new techniques and new processes... and the truth is, most of them didn't work at all! Yet, through all this trial and error, I eventually “saw the light”. I discovered the exact attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that people need to develop to achieve and maintain their ideal weight. I learned the modern techniques and processes that consistently and predictably provide results for each of my clients.
But enough about me. Let's talk about you...
I know you're pretty fed up with all the “wonder weight loss pills” and “miracle diets” promising to have everyone and their dog looking like supermodels by next Tuesday... just in time to fit into that dress so you can impress all your friends.
I know that losing the weight and then gaining it back again and again can be frustrating and downright depressing at times. You might even think there's something wrong with you!
...and I also know there are a few challenges you deal with everyday. Below is a list and explanation of the 5 most common challenges people have when trying to lose weight:
There's something very interesting about people who want to lose weight: they obsess about food all day long! Then, when it comes time to eat, they can't properly enjoy what they're eating because they're too busy feeling guilty about the "wrong" food choice or fearful that they'll gain weight!
...this is no way to live, but it's a HUGE issue for a lot of people.
Imagine what it would be like to have a "take it or leave it" attitude with any kind of food... and instead of obsessing about it all day long, you actually have to remind yourself to eat because your thoughts are naturally focused on more important things. Imagine what it would be like if food was simply nourishment for your body...
Once you get over the obsession with food, many of the cravings will be eliminated entirely. These two points go hand in hand: If you're not thinking about food, you don't develop the craving and if you're not craving food, you don't think about it.
With that said, another very important cause of "craving behavior" that we will address in this program is inescapable stress. If you are in a situation that is causing a great deal of stress, it's no wonder you've been craving those unhealthy foods... you've been self-medicating. The way we address the cravings caused by inescapable stress is by learning how to relax deeply in the wonderful state of self-hypnosis. It's like taking a comfortable vacation for your mind and body each time you listen.
The experience of deep relaxation in and of itself is quite therapuetic, but we'll go a step further and direct your unconscious mind to experience more of this relaxation all throughout the day so you feel more peaceful and connected to your inner sense of comfort and well-being. The result is that you feel better, so you don't need to self-medicate with food... and the cravings are reduced substantially.
Motivation itself is a very interesting concept. People say "I'd like to lose weight, but I'm just not motivated enough to eat right or exercise." Often times, when my clients say this, I get the feeling that they think motivtion is a sort of super-power that some lucky people were just born with... and others are doomed to be living in mediocrity for the rest of their days.
This simply is not the case. Each of us has the capacity to be motivated in every part of our lives and EVERYONE feels motivated about something in their lives. Think about somethink you feel motivated about now... if you're a mother, you might feel powerfully motivated to keep your children safe ... or you might realy feel motivated at work ...or you might just feel powerfully motivated to sit on the couch and watch TV. Whatever you are doing right now, you have been motivated in some way or else you wouldn't be doing it.
Motivation for any behavior comes from a connection between that behavior and your unconscious value system. A mother is highly motivated to protect her children because she values the heart-felt connection she shares with them. A star employee is motivated to show up every day for work because he values the significance and growth that he gets from his job. The classic "couch potato" is highly motivated to watch TV because he values the comfort and freedom it provides.
All these things that you value (comfort, excitement, significance, connection, freedom, etc) can be connected to positive, healthy behaviors or negative, damaging behaviors. What do suppose would happen if the "couch potato" connected the comfort and freedom to jogging everyday instead of watching TV? Obviously, he would be highly motivated to go jogging. He would likely discover that he can achieve much higher levels of freedom and comfort from jogging than he ever could from TV.
So why doesn't the "couch potato" just start jogging? Well, the reason he doesn't just start jogging is because he doesn't have the proper associations in his unconscious mind. He's become an amazing couch sitter, yet when he thinks about jogging, he thinks about obligation and pain.
Motivating yourself has nothing to do with willpower, but it does have a great deal to do with your unconcious associations to healthy eating and exercise. In this self-hypnosis program, we'll be "training" your unconscious mind to connect positive, healthy behaviors to your inner value system so you naturally feel motivated to all that's necessary to achieve your ideal weight... while enjoying the process.
If you often find yourself eating when you are not hungry, then you are eating for emotional reasons. Food is often the first thing people think of to tanquilize their uncomforable feelings. I'm not going to go into the reason why right here, but I do explain it in detail in the program introduction. Suffice to say, the whole illusion that food can give us comfort is conditioned into us from the day we're born. No one can be blamed for this, it's just the way things are.
The solution here is to learn to deal with emotional issues directly instead of self-medicating with food. Like our thoughts, many of our emotions are pretty useless, but sometimes our emotions are important messages from a deeper part of ourselves. If a particular emotion keeps coming back, chances are very good that your unconscious mind is trying to tell you something. The more you ignore these important messages, the more they try to get your attention... they get stronger and more uncomfortable until you pay attention and do what's necessary for them to be resolved.
Admittedly, women are much better at understanding and being with their emotions than men are (...credit where credit is due, ladies!), but we could all benefit from learning more. That's why I've devoted an entire section in the program introduction to "Emotional Intelligence." I go deep into each of the more common negative emotions that people experience, discuss what messages they contain and exactly how to resolve them.
You'll have the knowledge necessary to deal with your emotional issues directly, instead of drugging yourself with your food of choice. This more helpful pattern is reinforced each and every time you listen to your self-hypnosis audios.
One of the biggest differences between those "naturally slim" people and those who struggle with their weight is unconscious habits they have. Habits are really just unconscious behaviors - things people do automatically without thinking about it. These habits can be learned through life experience or even passed onto to children from their parents (...leading some to falsely assume that there is a genetic cause of being overweight).
Transforming damaging unconscious behavior patterns into their more live-affirming counterparts is really what this self-hypnosis program is all about. Instead of taking days or weeks to develop the more positive habits of those naturally slim people, with self-hypnosis as a direct link to your unconscious mind, we can condition these new habits in a matter of minutes.
This self-hypnosis program is designed to address each one of these weight loss challenges. It's not a “magic bullet,” rather, it is designed to support you in making proper food choice, resolve the root cause of cravings, train your unconscious to feel good about eating healthy and getting proper exercise, and develop the habits necessary for your continued success.
Like the name implies, your unconscious mind is the part of your mind that you are not consciously aware of. If you think you're the one in the driver's seat, you're absolutely wrong - every decision that you make is made first by your unconscious mind and then filtered through to your conscious awareness. Your unconscious mind is made up of all kinds of drives, motivations, beliefs, values and behaviours that you have little control over. One of the main functions of your unconscious mind is to move you far away from pain and, if possible, towards pleasure.
If you unconsciously perceive healthy eating or exercise as uncomfortable or painful experiences, then it should come as no surprise that you're having trouble losing weight – you're consciously forcing yourself to do something and at the same time, your powerful unconscious mind is moving you away from it! You've created a conscious/unconscious conflict.
Trust me, you can't beat your unconscious mind.
The ONLY way to lose weight (and keep it off) is to work WITH your mind and body to develop the powerful habits and behaviors that will support you in making the right decisions - to do the things that will steadily bring you closer to your ideal weight, instead of constantly pushing you further away.
This program is intended to be an "immersion program". If you want to learn French, go to France and immerse yourself in the culture. If you want to become wealthy, surround yourself with wealthy people and you will undoubtedly absorb many of their beliefs and behaviors. If you want to be healthy, slim and fit, it works the same way...
You'll listen to the following audios each and every day for the next 28 days to "re-program" your unconscious mind with the proper attitudes, beliefs and behaviors to make the process of losing weight and enjoyable one. As you listen each day, you own positive actions will work together with the self-hypnosis audios to powerfully reinforce the changes you are making.
Hypnosis is a natural state of awareness where your unconscious mind is receptive to positive ideas and suggestions. It's like a comfortable daydream. You can imagine your unconscious mind as a computer. In this daydream-like state, we'll be reprogramming your unconscious computer so the positive beliefs and behaviors of a slimmer, healthier you are automatic and natural.
During the self-hypnosis processes that you’ll be listening to each day, you can relax just as much as you’d like to. You can be aware of the sound of my voice or the environment around you, or you may just want to drift away completely. If you’ve experienced hypnosis before, you’ll know it’s a very enjoyable state of mind and body that you can look forward to each day. During the session, if anything occurs that requires your attention, you can emerge from hypnosis by taking a deep breath and opening your eyes.
However you respond to hypnosis is unique to you. Some people experience a heaviness or lightness through their arms and legs, some are aware of random thoughts or images floating through their mind... some people are quite focused on the changing energy throughout their body. Whatever you experience is perfectly fine and it only serves to enhance the whole experience.
When listening to hypnosis, some people try to remember everything that they hear. You can certainly try this if you want, but you'll find that it’s much more enjoyable to allow your unconscious mind to take care of the details for you. When you're listening to the self-hypnosis processes in this program your unconscious mind will do everything necessary so positive changes come naturally. It's just like breathing; all you have to do is relax and enjoy the process.
Note: The Hypnotic Healthy Lifestyle Self-Hypnosis Program is "diet-neutral" and "exercise-neutral". I am not a nutritionist, I am not a dietician, I am not a personal trainer. I am a hypnotherapist and my expertise lies in unconscious processes. I will not suggest any specific diet plan or exercise program, yet I will give suggestions for healthy eating and more enjoyment from exercise (as covered above).

I know you don't want to be forced to read through "yet another" weight loss book, so I've made a great effort to keep this introduction as concise as possible. I'd like you to read through it BEFORE you begin the program as it contains some important information to help you get the most out of the program. It will also answer many of the questions you have before you begin.
An uplifting and energizing self-hypnosis session to start your day - starting off with acknowledgment and appreciation of the progress you've made so far and finishing off with visualizing, then becoming your ideal self. (If you aren't the best at visualizing, you'll find it much easier when you're in the comfortable, daydream-like state of hypnosis. Suggestions are also given for craving plenty of water in the morning and all throughout the day...
A very relaxing self-hypnosis session to “unplug” after your day. In addition to the positive programming you'll receive in this session, it's very common to sleep better all throughout the night and wake up feeling refreshed the next morning. Suggestions are given for enjoyment of healthier, lighter meals, building confidence and self-worth, motivation to exercise, relaxing and feeling peaceful throughout the days to come and becoming more "attuned" to the signals your body sends you.
Now, if you were to work with me in person, you'd be paying $100-$150 per session and it would be well worth it! Using this program is like getting a full session every day for 28 days. I currently sell this program for $97 on my website but for now, as a promotion exclusively available to clients of Edmonton South Fit Body Boot Camp, you'll get the entire program free!

Just enter your first name and email in the form below and click the "Download Now!" button. You'll then be taken to another page where you can download the entire MP3 self-hypnosis program and start using it right away!
...The entire process takes about 5 minutes.

Yes, it will absolutely work for you!
First of all, these are all guided self-hypnosis sessions that use your unconscious abilities of imagination. If you are able to watch a movie, have a conversation or read a book, you are able to get great results with the Hypnotic Healthy Lifestyle Program™. Simple changes in thinking and feeling that will lead to tremendous results.
If we really want to get at the core of the matter there are a lot of things that you've been doing that have failed to get you the result that you desire...it's time to try something a little bit different.
If you're tried everything to lose weight and you're still overweight, there's a good reason: What you're doing isn't working! It's been said that the definition of insanity is doing the SAME thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Diet's don't work. Starving yourself doesn't work. Hours upon hours of grueling exercise doesn't work. These things are all necessary, yet implementing proper diet and exercise is MUCH easier when you have the right beliefs and habits at the unconscious level. This program will help you do that.
I'm still drinkin' tons of water and not eating nearly as much junk as I used to. I'm pretty much a lightweight when it comes to food now which is an awesome feeling! I've lost almost 47lbs in just over 3 months and I'm eager to lose the rest. I had my body comp done last week and I went from 27% excess fat to 19% which is a huge thing. I never thought something so simple could do so much, but so far so good! I am missing the awesome feeling right after our sessions - but you gave me so much to be happy about :) Food no longer consumes my life!

Before Hypnotherapy I ate takeout, chips, cheeses and lots of chocolate. My friends called me the candy man. I was overweight and had very low self esteem. I wanted to change, my search took me to Travis. Best choice I have ever made. After three sessions of Think Yourself Thin, my life changed for the better. Organics are all I eat and I have lost 25 lbs. in 4 weeks. I am 53 but feel like a new man. If you are ready for a change in your life, Travis is definitely the hypnotherapist to help you reach your goals.
- Mike MacInnis, Edmonton AB (Former Client)
Things are going very well, Travis. I have to say that I don't look at food the same way. Sometimes I forget to eat because I'm busy with my courses. I'm working out everyday. My body is changing and I feel FANTASTIC! I've lost 8lbs so far and am building some lean muscle. I feel great! Thank you so much. You know, my way of thinking has totally changed - I don't let it consume me anymore and honestly, I don't think I noticed when the change really occurred... I just kept plugging away. I feel I am in more control of my actions... I feel more confident in my behavior and I put myself first instead of last. Thank you so much for our sessions. You have helped me a great deal. I must confess, I do miss our chats... you're truly a wonderful person who is meant to help people.
